Overview
This policy covers heftek.com and its subpages (VANT, SYNT, HefTek Labs, and their product pages). It does not cover the products themselves — VANT Cord, SYNT Cord, and other shipped products may collect information under their own, separate terms once you're using them directly.
What We Collect
The only information this site collects directly is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and message, plus company name and project type if you provide them. We do not require an account, and there is no payment processing anywhere on this site.
How Contact Submissions Are Handled
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which processes the submitted fields and configured delivery details to forward your message to our inbox. HefTek uses your information to respond to your inquiry and does not add it to a marketing list without your separate, explicit consent. Web3Forms handles submissions under its own service terms and privacy practices.
Cookies & Tracking
The website bundle does not intentionally set cookies and does not include advertising or cross-site tracking. An optional Cloudflare Web Analytics integration is present in the source, but is disabled in this project until a valid site token is configured. The hosting provider may still process standard connection and security metadata to deliver and protect the site.
Hosting & Infrastructure
This site is hosted and served through Cloudflare, which provides content delivery, DDoS protection, and TLS encryption for every page. Cloudflare processes standard connection metadata (such as IP address) as part of delivering the site, under its own privacy policy.
Data Retention
HefTek retains inquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and will consider deletion requests. This static website does not maintain a separate visitor-submission database. The form provider may process or retain submission records under its own terms and privacy practices.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, this may be a right guaranteed under law (for example, GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA in California) — but we'll honor the request either way. Email to make a request.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes in any material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
